From the outside the cabin is almost reticent. Black-clad timber, few openings, a flat roof. You wouldn't guess how bright it is inside.
Inside, a narrow window band runs the full length of the kitchen counter — at eye level while you're cooking. Opposite it the large glass front: bed, table, meadow, mountains, all on one sightline.
A ladder leads to the second sleeping level under the roof. The floor below stays clear, and that's the trick with 16 square metres: you stack rather than crowd.

The surroundings
The cabin sits within the holiday park rather than alone on an alp — that's part of being straight with you. In return, the natural swimming pond is two minutes away, with water lilies and a view of the mountains, and the restaurant terrace under old trees is right next to it. Hiking and cycling routes start at the grounds.
Getting there
By train to Telfs-Pfaffenhofen, then a few minutes by bus or taxi. By car via the A12 Inntal motorway, parking on the grounds.
