The houses sit staggered across landscaped grounds, each with its own terrace and lawn. You can see your neighbours, but you're not sitting opposite them.
Inside, everything is on one level: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, a table for four, a sofa. The bedroom is behind a door, not a curtain.
The spruce forest begins behind the grounds. In the evening the terrace lights come on, and behind them it gets very dark.
