How does check-in work?

You'll get a numeric door code by email two days before arrival. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Nobody waits for you, nobody holds you up.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, in all our cabins. Just let us know when booking.

What's included in the price?

Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and — at Mainwerk — the barrel sauna. Local visitor's tax is charged on site by the municipality.

Can I cancel free of charge?

That depends on the rate you book. The cancellation terms are shown during booking and in your confirmation — those terms are what applies. Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your booking ID.

Is there wifi?

Yes, in all our cabins.

Are the cabins accessible?

One unit at Welschland is step-free. Gerhardhof and Mainwerk are not. Call us before booking and we'll tell you honestly whether it works for you.
